Theyre made specifically for the Patriot/Compass by Rocky Road Outfitters. You can legit bolt a winch to it and pull from there. Its bolted to the front frame stubs.

Its bolted to the front crash bar/bumper reinforcement. We’ve put them on Cherokees before. Usually Trailhawks. At least those have SOME off-road prowess.
